Management of the complex infrastructure for the District requires a plan for routine utility maintenance.  The current maintenance program includes:

Wells

• Depending on available funds, one or two well casings are cleaned each year.
• Well master meters are calibrated annually.
• Well motor control cabinets are inspected and examined by infrared for poor joints, weak fuses, bad insulation, etc.

Booster Pumps

• Booster pumps are lubricated twice a year.

• Pressure reducing stations are rebuilt every 4 years.

• Disinfection agent feeding equipment is rebuilt twice a year.

Tanks

• Tanks are inspected annually.
